				SCHEDULE

Week
1	Order ICs (from DEC and AMS), backpanel (DEC), wirewrap cards
(Vostron), PC artwork (TRW), power supplies (Lambda), card
	tester (SOTTA).

2-3	Inspect PC artwork, order PC cards (Vostron).

4-9	Assemble card tester, debug tester and test programs. Begin
writing console computer software. Monitor fabrication processes.

10-16	Delivery of wirewrap and PC cards.
12-20	Delivery of ICs.
16	Delivery of backpanel and power supplies.

11-25	Wirewrap card wrapping, stuffing, and testing (1 card per day).

13-30	PC card stuffing, soldering, and testing (2 cards/day + 2 weeks).

28-31	Final assembly and preliminary debugging.

32-52	Processor debugging, bringing up new system.

	                      NOTES

1. Delivery times of integrated circuits, etc. are based on quotes received
in January. These times may be different now.

2. When an informal approval is received, some long lead time items could
be ordered on the basis of the donated money.
